Principles for handling your data
We are the company ATRIA Slovensko s.r.o., with registered office at P. Mudroňa 5, 010 01 Žilina, Slovak Republic, Company ID: 53 430 875.
We operate an e-shop at www.atria.sk.
In order to provide our services, sell goods and operate our website, we process certain personal data.
The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR").
I. Processing of personal data
A. Processing of personal data when using the contact form
If you enquire about our products and services, we will process the contact details you provide to us, mainly via the contact form. These are: first and last name, title, email address, IP address, cookies.
For what purpose? We use them to contact you regarding further arrangements concerning goods and services.
On what legal basis? This is processing under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiation of a contract, or taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.
For how long will we process the personal data? Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 180 days from our last communication.
B. Processing of personal data in the case of a purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will process the data you provide to us. These are mainly billing details: first and last name, title, email address, phone number, billing address, delivery address, date of birth, IP address, cookies.
For what purpose? We need to process personal data in order to fulfil our contract – to deliver our goods or services to you. We will also use your contact details to communicate with you about the status of your order, or regarding complaints or your questions.
We will further process personal data in order to fulfil our obligations arising from law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints, etc.).
On what legal basis do we process personal data? This is processing under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with our legal obligation.
For how long will we process the personal data? For the duration of the provision of our service and then for 180 days from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
C. Newsletters (commercial communication)
If you are a purchasing customer and did not opt out at the time of purchase, we will use your email address to send you our news and updates.
On what legal basis? This is permitted by Section 62(3) of Act No. 351/2011 Coll. on Electronic Communications, provided you did not opt out at the time of purchase.
For how long will we process the personal data? For 3 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from our mailings at any time via email, or by contacting us at: info@atria.sk.
II. Who has access to the data?
Your data remains with us. Nevertheless, certain companies or other persons work for us and have access to the data because they help us run our e-shop. These are:

the email service provider (Websupport s.r.o., Karadžičova 12, 821 08 Bratislava, Company ID: 36 421 928, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, Section: Sro, Insert No.: 63270/B)
Your personal data may also reach the following other entities:

V. Your rights in connection with the processing of personal data
The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information on what personal data of yours we process, to request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or to request restriction of processing; you may request a copy of the personal data processed, request that we erase personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases you have the right to data portability. You may object to processing based on a legitimate interest.
If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in our jurisdiction is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, with registered office at Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27 (https://dataprotection.gov.sk/uoou/sk), or to turn to the courts.
These principles are effective as of 25 May 2008.
