Stainless steel manifolds for underfloor and radiator heating
The manifolds are made of high-quality stainless steel to the German standard DIN EN 1264-4:2009-11. The manifolds can be used with all types of plastic pipe, including multilayer pipe and copper. Manifolds for underfloor heating are equipped with flow meters with a flow indicator (Regolux 0-5L/min) with memory and thermostatic valves (M30 x 1.5 connection) on each circuit, so that each heating circuit can be controlled individually. Country of origin: Germany
We offer manifolds in two versions: the standard manifold (2 to 12-way) is "bare" and the accessories – ball shut-off valves with thermometer (0 to 80 °C), flow meters, and W-kit/T-kit mounting sets – are purchased separately. The square manifold (also 2 to 12-way, 1" thread connection) is a complete assembly with flow meters, thermostatic valves on each circuit, and automatic vent valves already fitted – so no further accessories need to be purchased to control the individual circuits.
Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I choose the right number of manifold ways? Based on the number of heating circuits (loops) in the underfloor heating – one circuit corresponds to one manifold way.
- Can a cabinet and controls also be purchased for the manifold? Yes, you'll find suitable accessories in the manifold cabinets and manifold controls categories.
- What material are the manifolds made of? Stainless steel, which guarantees a long service life and resistance to corrosion.
- What's the difference between the standard and the square manifold? The square manifold already comes with flow meters, thermostatic valves on each circuit, and automatic vent valves (1" thread connection) fitted from the factory – it's a complete, ready-to-use assembly. The standard manifold is "bare" and these accessories are purchased separately.
- What is the range of the Regolux flow meter? 0 to 5 L/min, with memory of the set value, so after shutting down and restarting the circuit you don't need to find the flow setting again.
- Can the manifolds be connected to multilayer pipe or copper? Yes, they are compatible with all common types of plastic pipe, including multilayer pipe, as well as copper pipe.
- Where do the manifolds come from and what standard do they meet? They are manufactured in Germany to the DIN EN 1264-4:2009-11 standard.
