    Metal gas hoses are made from high-alloy stainless steel. The hoses are protected in various ways against damage, contamination and other outside influences. They are suitable for all types of gas, with guaranteed tightness and unlimited service life. They are ideal for increasing the safety of gas distribution where vibration or axial stress may occur, and they also make installation and removal easier during maintenance and cleaning of gas appliances, cookers and gas meters.

     

    Frequently asked questions

    • What is the difference between an internal and an external thread? The internal thread (nut) is screwed onto the appliance's external connection thread, while the hose's external thread is screwed into the internal thread on the boiler or cooker. You can find the combinations in the subcategories.
    • What hose length should I choose? Choose a length slightly longer than the actual connection distance - the hose shortens a little when bent during installation, but it must never be stretched taut or bent excessively.
    • Is a stainless steel gas hose safer than rigid piping? It allows easy installation and servicing of the appliance (replacing a boiler or cooker) without interfering with the fixed gas distribution, while maintaining full tightness and resistance to mechanical damage.
    • Can anyone install the hose? Connecting a gas appliance with a hose must be carried out by a person with the appropriate qualification (a gas fitter); a pressure test and inspection are required after installation.
