Solar sets, systems, kits, panels and collectors for water heating
Solar systems and collectors are most commonly used for heating water for swimming pools, greenhouses, etc. They can also be used to support heating, which is suitable for buildings with a low-temperature heating system (underfloor heating).
Year-round solar systems in our climate conditions optimally cover 60-75% of the annual need for heated drinking water for a household (family homes).
For larger installations in other facilities (hotels, apartment buildings, etc.), the percentage of energy coverage by the solar system is determined as the best ratio between the amount of investment and the output of the solar system.
Solar collectors work on the principle of photothermal conversion, i.e. converting solar radiation into thermal energy. The absorption surface transforms incoming solar radiation into thermal energy and transfers it to the heat transfer fluid.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What does a solar set include? Usually solar collectors, a hot water tank, solar controls, a pump group and mounting accessories (mounts, piping).
- How many collectors do I need for a family house? It depends on the tank size and the number of people; typically 2-3 collectors are enough for a 3-4 member household with a 250-300 l tank.
- Can collectors also be mounted on a flat roof? Yes, special mounting structures are used for flat roofs and a different type of mounts for pitched roofs - both types are available in our range.
