HelioSet are complete solar systems that allow the preparation of domestic hot water using solar energy. These systems are designed to work with gas boilers. HelioSet systems are based on unique operating principles - with free flow of solar fluid back into the solar heat exchanger. The advantage of this solution is a compact system, simplified installation and reliability - there is no danger of the liquid overheating in the summer or the solar liquid freezing in the winter.

Use:
- The solar system allows the use of solar energy for the preparation or preheating of domestic hot water. This allows you to cover up to 60% of the hot water demand per year (in summer - up to 100%) - hot water is prepared for free .
- HelioSet is a cost-effective solution for smaller installations where the height difference between the lower part of the tank and the upper part of the solar collector does not exceed 8.5 m (using an additional solar fluid pump - up to 12 m). & nbsp;
- The HelioSet FES2 250 BM & nbsp; & nbsp; system is designed to meet the needs of a larger number of users. The set is intended for cooperation with a boiler with a heating-only function, which reheats the solar storage tank in case of bad weather or in winter operation.
- If the heating boiler is not used to reheat the storage tank , it is possible to additionally install an electric heating coil, which heats up the solar tank in case of bad weather or in winter operation.

Description of the SRDV 2.3 vertical solar panel

The solar flat plate collector is covered with structured safety glass, under which a spiral-shaped absorption tube is laser-welded to the absorption surface. The whole panel has a frameless construction, which allows attachment to either a sloping or flat roof using suitably selected brackets for a given type of roofing. Due to the very small volume of solar fluid in the collector, the heat of solar energy is efficiently and quickly transferred to the solar circuit, followed by the heating of the hot water in the storage tank via the solar exchanger. The high-quality insulation of the mineral wool panel also guarantees low heat losses, which prolongs the period of use of hot water heating by solar energy even outside the summer period.

Hello, it is possible to combine and rightly so it is most used. Just for the Buderus boiler, you have to buy a tank sensor for a couple of euros. The temperature is then set on that tank.

Osadil som podlahové teplovodné potrubie Pex-Al-Pex do roznášacích plechov pre suché podlahové vykurovanie. Je nutné pred montážou drevenej podlahy otestovať tesnosť spojov zverného šróbenia, kolien a potrubia? Mám zakúpený elektrický kotol Protherm RAY 12 KE + čerpadlo OV(ErP ready, expanzná nádoba, príslušenstvo. Tento elektrický kotol zatiaľ nemám zapojený a vodári mi to osadia a zapoja až budem mať omietnutú a vyobkladanú priečku obkladačkami. Môžem začať montovať drevenú podlahu 14 mm hrubú medzi rošty priamo na roznášacie plechy a potrubie? Alebo je lepšie začať omietať priečky a robiť obklady kde bude zavesený a pripojený elektrokotol a najprv otestovať potrubie podlahovky?

vždy po montáži sa systém tlakuje, pozor aby to nevyskočilo z plechov.
Kotol môžete montovať to bude aj tak oddelené ventilmi.

Mám namontovaný solárny set PROTHERM HELIOSET FES 250 BM zakúpený u Vás. Po cca 4 rokoch bezproblémovej prevádzky začal tiecť bojler. Aký to môže byť problém a v prípade že sa to nebude dať odstrániť, či sa dá dokúpiť takýto bojler samostatne bez kolektorov,prípadne aj bez vybavenia /displej, čerpadlo, a pod. / Ďakujem.

Dobrý deň, chcem sa opýtať...som vo výstavbe rodinného domu pod tatrami v ktorom bude podlahové kúrenie (bungalov plocha cca 100m2) kde zvažujem zakúpiť kondenzačný kotol Protherm a k nemu zvažujem zakúpiť Protherm HelioSet FES2 250 BM pre šetrenie nákladov pre prípravu teplej vody...chcem sa opýtať niesu nejaké problémy so solárnym systémom od Prothermu? oplatí sa zainvestovať do solárneho systému od tejto značky v kombinácii s kondezačným kotlom ? nejaká prípadná orietačná návratnosť ? :) Ďakujem vopred za odpoveď.

Výroba
Spoločnosť Protherm Production vyrába široký sortiment kotlov a zariadení na ohrev teplej vody. Začiatok výroby v zrekonštruovaných priestoroch súčasného sídla spoločnosti sa datuje od roku 2000, kedy sa na troch výrobných linkách vyrábalo 51 000 kusov finálnych výrobkov ročne.
