Home water pumps are devices that ensure a supply of water where a public water mains connection is not available. They provide drinking or utility water from a well, a watercourse, a reservoir or another water source.
Home water pumps are suitable for houses, cottages, cabins and similar properties. Operation of the pump is controlled by an installed pressure switch, which switches the pump on when the pressure drops below the set value and tops up the water supply in the pressure tank. It switches the pump off once the set pressure is reached. This keeps the water pressure in the system within the required range.
