Gas boilers with flow-through heating (plate heat exchanger)
Gas boilers, or low-temperature (non-condensing) boilers with flow-through heating are the simplest devices for both heating water and heating the house at the same time. Their main advantage is a low price, simple construction, and therefore also easy later servicing. Boilers with flow-through heating use two types of heat exchangers: a bithermal exchanger, which usually has higher efficiency, or classic bivalent exchangers.
Water flows through these exchangers, is heated to the required temperature and continues on to the tap. The boiler is switched on when the tap is opened, by a special component that detects the flowing water. Any room thermostat. can be connected to a gas boiler of this type. The flue must be made of sheet metal, since this is not a condensing boiler, so plastic cannot be used. Every boiler includes a mounting bracket for hanging on the wall, and some also have ball valves.
