Everline pumps

Everline circulation pumps ensure smooth and quiet circulation of heating water in family houses, flats and smaller premises. Thanks to three-speed output control you can easily adapt them to the current needs of the heating system – whether it is radiator, underfloor or combined heating.

All Everline models have a robust cast-iron body, a ceramic shaft and ceramic bearings, which guarantees a long service life even in year-round operation. The polypropylene impeller resists deposits and corrosion. The pumps are suitable for pumping clean water as well as a mixture of water and antifreeze (up to 10 %), working pressure up to 10 bar and medium temperature from -10 °C to +110 °C.

How to choose the right model:

  • Head 4 m (Everline 25/4) – smaller and medium heating systems in family houses.
  • Head 6 m (Everline 25/6) – larger systems or longer piping runs.
  • Head 8 m (Everline 25/8) – more demanding systems with higher pipe resistance.
  • G 2" DN32 connection (Everline 32/6 and 32/8) – larger pipe diameters and higher flow rates.
  • Installation length 130 mm or 180 mm – choose according to the length of the original pump you’re replacing.

Easy installation thanks to the standard threaded connection G 1½" (DN25) or G 2" (DN32) allows replacement of the original pump without interfering with the piping. We provide a 2-year warranty on all Everline pumps.

Frequently asked questions – Everline pumps

How do I know which Everline pump I need as a replacement?

Two parameters are decisive: the installation length of the original pump (130 mm or 180 mm) and the connection diameter (G 1½" or G 2"). If you’re not sure, measure the distance between the outer edges of the threads on the old pump – this value corresponds to the installation length.

What’s the difference between speeds 1, 2 and 3 on the pump?

The three-speed control changes the output (both flow and head) and, at the same time, the power consumption. A lower speed is enough for smaller or well-balanced systems and saves energy, while a higher speed is used for greater pipe resistance or a cold start of the heating season.

Can an Everline pump also be used for domestic hot water?

The pumps are designed primarily for circulating heating water in closed heating loops (radiators, underfloor heating). The materials used correspond to normal operation with water and a water/antifreeze mix of up to 10%.

What is the warranty on Everline pumps?

We provide a standard 2-year warranty on all Everline models.

Do I need to drain the whole heating system when replacing the pump?

When replacing with the same type with an identical installation length, it’s usually enough to close the ball valves before and after the pump, if the system has them, and drain only a small amount of water from the space between them. Without shut-off valves, you’ll need to drain the relevant branch or the entire system.
