Karma Gas Heaters
Karma gas heaters can be used for heating apartments, houses, and various office spaces. Their biggest advantage is simple installation and the absence of any heating distribution system or chimney. Gas heaters only need to be vented directly through the wall, which can be up to 100 cm thick. Operating a gas heater does not even require electricity. However, gas heaters must be installed in accordance with
safety guidelines and regulations, and the installation, and especially the commissioning, should be carried out by
a qualified person. KARMA gas heaters are technical appliances falling under category C11, as a room-sealed gas appliance with an external air supply and exhaust routed outside through a flue duct.

- What is a gas heater ("gamatka")? It is a gas stove for directly heating a room, installed without the need for a heating distribution system (radiators) – heat is generated right where it is installed.
- Do I need a chimney for installation? Not always. Gas heaters with flue gas exhaust through the wall (type C11) work without a chimney, venting exhaust gases directly through the exterior wall. Older models with flue gas exhaust into a chimney (type B11) do require one.
- What is the difference between the Beta Comfort, Beta Electric, and Beta Mechanic ranges? They differ in control and ignition method – Mechanic has simple mechanical controls independent of electricity, while Electric and Comfort offer electronic controls with greater temperature regulation comfort.
- Can a Karma gas heater also heat water? Not directly – separate Karma gas water heaters are used for heating domestic hot water, either tankless (instantaneous) or with a storage tank.
- Who can install and commission a gas heater? Installation and initial commissioning of the gas appliance must be carried out by a person with the appropriate qualification, in accordance with safety regulations.
