Original controllers for Junkers, Vaillant, Protherm, Immergas, Buderus, Honeywell etc. boilers
If you're buying a new condensing or gas boiler, we recommend using the original controller - thermostat.
Not for marketing reasons, but because original thermostats fully work together with the boiler's electronics and ensure smooth output control, provided the boiler has this function. Communication is carried out digitally (over three wires).
If you're buying a boiler that doesn't have smooth output control, you can also use a classic thermostat.
Our range includes controllers - thermostats for the following brands:
Frequently Asked Questions
- What is the difference between a classic and a weather-compensated thermostat? A classic thermostat only switches the boiler on and off based on the set room temperature; a weather-compensated (original) controller communicates directly with the boiler's electronics and smoothly regulates the output based on both outdoor and indoor temperature.
- Do I have to use the original controller of the given brand? If the boiler supports smooth output control, we recommend the original controller, which communicates with it digitally over the bus. For boilers without this function, a universal thermostat can also be used.
- Is a wired or wireless thermostat better? A wired thermostat is more reliable and doesn't need batteries; a wireless (RF) one allows for easier installation without the need to run a cable to the boiler.
- How do I find out if a thermostat is compatible with my boiler? The decisive factor is the type of communication (OpenTherm, EBus, or a simple switching contact) - if in doubt, contact us with your boiler model, we're happy to help.
- Can the thermostat be controlled via mobile phone or the internet? Yes, we also offer internet/Wi-Fi thermostats, which allow you to control your heating remotely via an app.
