400/160 Junction Chamber Base for Inspection Chambers, Sewer, PP

The junction chamber base with an upper diameter of DN 400 has 4 DN 160 inlets. Use a smooth ø 400 pipe for the riser pipe. The chamber base is used as part of an inspection chamber. It is manufactured as a separate component produced by injection molding from PP material, or by welding from PVC-U or PP pipes, injection-molded parts and sheets. The outer surface is ribbed to increase its strength and rigidity  The inner surface of the chamber base is shaped to prevent sediment deposits.  Advantages of the 400/160 chamber base  This chamber base has smooth inner surfaces profiled so as to allow unobstructed free flow of water, which prevents sediment from settling inside the pipe, and also simplifies annual flushing of wells. The base of the chamber compartment is made of materials resistant to the chemicals found in wastewater. The outer surface of the compartment base is ribbed to ensure adequate rigidity and resistance to soil pressure. Use of the 400/160 chamber base The chamber base is used as part of an inspection chamber and allows access to the sewer pipe if the section needs to be cleared.  Inspection chambers are placed every 20 m to 25 m of sewer pipe.
