Underfloor heating manifold is the main component for even heat distribution in underfloor heating systems. Manifold variants include different numbers of circuits, usually from 2 to 18, and are compatible with underfloor heating pipes with a diameter of 16–20 mm.

Wigell manifolds can be mounted directly on the wall or, using the supplied brackets, in a manifold cabinet. The mounting position is arbitrary. You can connect PeX-AL-PeX or Pe-rt pipes to this manifold using compression fittings.

This manifold set consists of

Heating water body:

• flow meters ending with a nipple and a PEX 3/4 x 16 coupling
• air vent and drain unit with an automatic air vent (a manual key-operated air vent can also be used)

Return water body:

• thermostatic valves M30 x 1.5 - possibility of installing thermal actuators
• nipples fitted with PEX 3/4 x 16 couplings
• air vent and drain unit with an automatic air vent

Flow meter:

It is used to set the heating water flow rate in l/min and thus to balance the pressure differences of the individual heating circuits. Depending on the direction of rotation of the lower part of the flow meter, you decrease or increase the heating water flow rate, or shut it off completely. The water level in the transparent part of the flow meter shows the water flow in l/min. Max. operating pressure is 1 MPa.

Thermostatic valve:

Thermostatic valve inserts with manual heads are used to shut off individual heating circuits. These manual heads do not allow individual branches to be regulated. The manual heads can be removed and replaced with electric actuators.

Air vent and drain unit:

It is used to vent air from the heating system. The air vent valve of this unit is automatic, but it can be replaced with a manual air vent valve.

Packaging and delivery method

We will deliver the product to you via standard parcel shipping and it will be packaged so that it is not damaged during transport. The actual method of packaging depends on the number of pieces ordered and other items in the order. A standalone manifold will most often be packed in a cardboard box and stretch film.
