Features of DR2-MD:
It is functionally identical to the DR2-ZD type. However, its power component is a MOSFET transistor. Therefore, this type can be used with electronic transformers (not with toroidal transformers). Another advantage is silent operation and an electronic fuse resistant to bulb short-circuits.
