Screw coupling 1/2x16 with external thread - a screw-type coupling that requires no pressing, for plastic-aluminium (PEX-AL-PEX) pipe (16x2 mm) for water or heating.
This straight coupling is a great choice whenever you need a reliable joint on PEX-AL-PEX pipe without investing in expensive pressing tools - just an ordinary wrench and the joint is done in a few minutes.

Step-by-step installation
- Cut the PEX-AL-PEX pipe perpendicular to its axis and use a calibrating tool to shape its end into a perfectly round form (this also removes any burr left by the cut).
- Slide the union nut onto the pipe, followed by the clamping ring.
- Push the pipe fully home into the body of the coupling.
- Tighten the union nut with an open-end wrench - do not overtighten, it is enough to tighten the joint to firm resistance.
- After filling the system, check the joint for any leaks and, if necessary, tighten slightly more.

Dobrý den přeji, potřeboval bych poradit jakým způsobem lze napojit plastohliníkové potrubí topení na stávající ocelové potrubí. V koupelně mi zkorodovala trubka a začala mi z ní stříkat voda . Protože nešla zavařit, musel jsem ji odříznout v úzké šachtě. Pro nedostatek místa na ni nemohu vyříznout závit abych ji mohl napojit klasickým šroubením. Proto se ptám, zda neexistuje nějaký adaptér na spojení těchto potrubí? V příloze posílám rozměr ocelové trubky.

Dobrý večer prerábam ústredné kúrenie,oceľová1/2 na plastohliník. Niekde ostane oceľ a niekde bude plastohliník .Pripojenie na radiator chcem realizovať prechdokov z 1/2 ocel na plastohliník 3/4 a ventil na radiatoer ostane 1/2.Nebude to robiť problémy ,hluk ,buchanie alebo niečo iné ?Plastohlinik chcem dať do steny musím ho obaliť penou ,nebudú veľke tepelne straty v stene ,dom je zateplený 10 polystyren mury kvadra dom má 40 rokov . Poradíte iné riešenie,kurenie riešené samovolne bez obehového čerpadla ,hrubé rúry okolo stien.Ďakujem

Dobrý deň, problémy to robiť nebude, to nemá prečo. Tie trúbky vždy do izolácie, kvôli tepelným stratám, odporučím použiť toto https://www.atria.sk/vykurovacia-technika/potrubia-pre-vodu-vykurovanie/izolacie-na-potrubia/ . Určite by ste to mali ale zapojiť na čerpadlo a nie samotiaž, tie trúbky sú tenké, tam by voda vôbec nekolovala, ty by ste ich musel dať veľmi hrubé zbytočne. Pekný deň
