Small grains of sand, bits of rust or deposits from the water pipework can, within a few months, wreck a tap seal or clog a washing-machine filter. The angled sediment filter FS-15 with a G1/2 (1/2") connection solves exactly this problem right in front of a specific appliance or outlet - just install it on the supply pipe and dirt is caught before it can cause damage.

Thanks to its angled design, the filter has only a minimal effect on water flow, and its brass body lasts for many years of operation. Cleaning the strainer takes only a moment - just unscrew the bottom cleaning nut, rinse the cartridge and screw it back on, without having to dismantle the whole installation.
