A boiler, instantaneous water heater, or in-flat water distribution deserve better protection than just a strainer at the tap. The FS-20 filter with a 3/4" (G3/4) connection is fitted on the main branch upstream of the appliance and traps sand, rust and mechanical impurities before they reach the thermostat, heat exchanger or valves - extending their service life and reducing the risk of failure.
The body is entirely brass, and the angled design ensures smooth flow without unnecessary pressure loss. You can clean the cartridge yourself: unscrew the bottom nut, rinse the strainer under running water and screw it back on.
