AQUA OLA 60l pressure tank, horizontal, for home water systems, 10 bar, 1", EPDM bladder
Code: PR_111975Product detailed description
The AQUA OLA 60l pressure tank, horizontal, serves as a reservoir for pumped water for home water systems, transfer and pressure boosting stations, or industrial stations. The AQUA OLA pressure tank is intended for customers who do not accept compromises or half-measures when it comes to usability. Features of the horizontal AQUA OLA 60l pressure tank: The pressure tank can be paired with all types of pumps that do not exceed the maximum working pressure of the tank (10 bar). The pressure tank contains a rubber (EPDM) bladder intended for drinking water. The factory pre-charge pressure is 2 bar. Generally speaking, the larger the installed pressure tank, the fewer pump start cycles occur, which extends the service life of the whole system. For pressure tanks with a rubber bladder, it is recommended to check the air pressure in the tank approximately once every 6 months. When installing a pressure tank with a rubber bladder, there is no need to deal with topping up air in the tank, which also means less demanding maintenance of the equipment. Most frequently asked question: What exactly does Pressure (bar) - PS pressure and MAX pressure mean? This is a relative expression of pressure, usually the pressure in a closed space (in our case the pressure tank) relative to the pressure in the surrounding space (often atmospheric). PS is the working pressure and indicates the maximum working pressure at which the pressure tank can function correctly over the long term; it is measured in bar. For example, in households the system pressure should not exceed about 4 to 4.5 bar, and even these values are already at the limit. Most commonly, the pressure system in family houses is up to 3.8 bar. Higher set pressure values in the house can, in the long run, cause problems, with valves and taps in particular suffering. MAX pressure marked on the pressure tank indicates the pressure at which the tank was tested at the factory. This tests the overall integrity and strength of the tank and its welds. The test is carried out without the bladder inserted. WARNING! A pressure of 15 bar must therefore never be applied to the pressure tank - it would not withstand it. The bladder would expand until it completely enclosed the inside of the tank, and after a few repetitions it would burst. Technical data sheet:Additional parameters
