- 20kW ecological wood gasification boiler - WOOD GAS with built-in ACD04 weather-compensated control with touch display

It is designed for burning wood on the principle of generator gasification using an extraction fan (S), which draws flue gases out of the boiler.
The boiler body is made as a welded construction of quality steel sheets with a thickness of 3 to 8 mm. It consists of a fuel hopper (6mm), which is fitted at the bottom with a gasification nozzle with a longitudinal opening for the passage of flue gases and gases. The afterburning chamber below it is equipped with ceramic mouldings for ideal combustion of all combustible substances with high efficiency during environmentally friendly combustion. At the rear of the boiler body there is a vertical flue gas duct, which is fitted at the top with a lighting-up flap. The upper part of the flue gas duct is equipped with an exhaust neck for connection to the chimney.

• How to choose the correct output of a solid fuel boiler? Base your choice on the calculated heat loss of the heated building, but for wood/coal boilers also consider that the boiler burns for several hours at essentially constant output during one fill - therefore it is common practice to supplement the boiler with a storage tank, which stores excess heat for later use instead of having to inefficiently throttle the boiler.
• What else do I need for the installation of this boiler? In addition to the boiler itself, the system usually requires: a storage (buffer) tank of appropriate volume, a circulation pump (often already with a built-in Laddomat or thermoregulatory valve against low-temperature corrosion of the boiler), a safety valve, an expansion vessel and a flue/chimney with sufficient draft corresponding to the boiler output - you will find the exact draft values in the technical parameters above.
• What fuel is suitable and what is not? Use only fuel recommended by the manufacturer for the given model (usually piece wood of defined length and moisture, or brown coal briquettes or coal depending on the boiler type) - unsuitable or too moist fuel reduces efficiency, increases tar and deposit formation and can cause damage to the boiler.
• What about chimney inspection and legislation? Before putting the boiler into operation, as well as regularly during its use (usually once a year for solid fuels), a chimney inspection/cleaning by an authorized chimney sweep is legally required - without the relevant inspection certificate, an insurance claim in case of fire may also be disputed.
• How much maintenance does the boiler require? This usually includes regular removal of ash and cleaning of heating surfaces/flue gas paths from soot (interval depending on intensity of use, usually in the order of weeks), and once a year a thorough inspection including seals and the chimney.
• Can I install the boiler myself? The actual placement and connection of the boiler to the heating system, chimney and safety elements should be performed or at least professionally checked by a heating technician - it is a device with an open flame, high temperatures and pressure elements, where an error in connection can be a safety risk.
