- 27kW ecological wood gasification boiler - WOOD GAS with built-in EQUITHERMAL CONTROL ACD04 with touch display

It is designed for burning wood on the principle of generator gasification with the use of an extraction fan (S), which draws flue gases out of the boiler. 
The boiler body is manufactured as a welded construction from quality steel sheets with a thickness of 3 to 8 mm. It consists of a fuel hopper (6mm), which is fitted at the bottom with a gasification nozzle with a longitudinal opening for the passage of flue gases and gases. The afterburning chamber below it is equipped with ceramic moldings for ideal combustion of all combustible substances with high efficiency during ecologically friendly combustion. In the rear part of the boiler body there is a vertical flue gas duct, which is fitted at the top with an ignition flap. The upper part of the flue gas duct is equipped with an exhaust neck for connection to the chimney.

• How to choose the correct output for a solid fuel boiler? Base your calculation on the calculated heat loss of the heated building, but for wood/coal boilers also consider that the boiler burns for several hours during a single filling at essentially constant output - it is therefore common practice to supplement the boiler with a buffer tank, which stores excess heat for later use instead of the boiler having to be inefficiently throttled down.
• What else do I need for the installation of this boiler? In addition to the boiler itself, the system usually requires: a buffer (equalizing) tank of appropriate volume, a circulation pump (often already with a built-in Laddomat or thermoregulatory valve against low-temperature corrosion of the boiler), a safety valve, an expansion vessel and a flue/chimney with sufficient draft corresponding to the boiler output - the exact draft values can be found in the technical parameters above.
• What fuel is suitable and what is not? Use only fuel recommended by the manufacturer for the given model (usually piece wood of a defined length and moisture, or possibly brown coal briquettes or coal depending on the boiler type) - unsuitable or too moist fuel reduces efficiency, increases tar and deposit formation and can damage the boiler.
• What about chimney inspection and legislation? Before putting the boiler into operation, as well as regularly during its use (usually once a year for solid fuels), a chimney inspection/cleaning by an authorized chimney sweep is required by law - without the relevant inspection certificate, even an insurance claim in the event of a fire may be disputed.
• How much maintenance does the boiler require? This usually includes regular ash removal and cleaning of heating surfaces/flue gas paths from soot (interval depends on intensity of use, usually in the order of weeks), and once a year a thorough inspection including seals and the chimney.
• Can I install the boiler myself? The actual placement and connection of the boiler to the heating system, chimney and safety elements should be carried out or at least professionally checked by a heating technician - this is a device with an open flame, high temperatures and pressure elements, where an error in connection can be a safety risk.
