- 30kW ecological wood gasification boiler – WOOD GAS with a flue gas fan and a cooling loop, now also with ATMOS F1 Laddomat connection

It is designed for burning wood using the principle of generator gasification with the use of a flue gas fan (S), which extracts flue gases from the boiler.
The boiler body is made as a welded structure from quality steel sheets 3 to 8 mm thick. It consists of a fuel hopper (6mm), which is fitted at the bottom with a gasification nozzle with a longitudinal opening for the passage of flue gases and gases. The afterburning chamber below it is equipped with ceramic mouldings for ideal burnout of all combustible substances with high efficiency and environmentally friendly combustion. At the rear of the boiler body there is a vertical flue gas channel, which is fitted at the top with a starting flap. The upper part of the flue gas channel is fitted with an exhaust neck for connection to the chimney.

In addition to the boiler itself, the system usually requires: a storage (buffer) tank of adequate volume, a circulation pump (often already with a built-in Laddomat or thermoregulatory valve against low-temperature corrosion of the boiler), a safety valve, an expansion vessel, and a flue/chimney with sufficient draught corresponding to the boiler output - exact draught values can be found in the technical parameters above.
• What fuel is suitable and what is not? Use only fuel recommended by the manufacturer for the given model (usually logs of a defined length and moisture content, or brown coal briquettes or coal depending on the boiler type) - unsuitable or overly moist fuel reduces efficiency, increases tar and deposit formation, and can damage the boiler.
• What about chimney inspection and legislation? Before putting the boiler into operation, as well as regularly during its use (usually once a year for solid fuels), an inspection/cleaning of the chimney by an authorized chimney sweep is required by law - without the relevant inspection certificate, an insurance claim in the event of a fire may also be disputed.
• How much maintenance does the boiler require? This usually includes regular removal of ash and cleaning of heating surfaces/flue gas passages from soot (interval depending on intensity of use, usually in the order of weeks), and once a year a thorough inspection including seals and the chimney.
• Can I install the boiler myself? The actual placement and connection of the boiler to the heating system, chimney, and safety elements should be carried out or at least professionally checked by a heating technician - this is a device with open flame, high temperatures, and pressure components, where an error in connection can be a safety risk.
