- 35kW ecological wood gasification boiler – WOOD GAS with an induced draft fan and a cooling loop

It is designed for burning wood on the principle of generator gasification using an induced draft fan (S), which extracts flue gases from the boiler.

• How to choose the right output for a solid fuel boiler? Base your choice on the calculated heat loss of the heated building; however, for wood/coal boilers also consider that the boiler burns for several hours at essentially constant output during one fill - it is therefore common practice to add a storage (buffer) tank to the boiler, which stores excess heat for later use instead of the boiler having to be inefficiently throttled.
• What else do I need for the installation of this boiler? In addition to the boiler itself, the system usually requires: a storage (buffer) tank of adequate volume, a circulation pump (often already with a built-in Laddomat or thermoregulatory valve against low-temperature corrosion of the boiler), a safety valve, an expansion vessel and a flue/chimney with sufficient draft corresponding to the boiler output - exact chimney draft values can be found in the technical parameters above.
• What fuel is suitable and what is not? Use exclusively the fuel recommended by the manufacturer for the given model (usually split logs of defined length and moisture, or brown coal briquettes or coal depending on the boiler type) - unsuitable or too wet fuel reduces efficiency, increases the formation of tar and deposits, and can cause damage to the boiler.
• What about chimney inspection and legislation? Before putting the boiler into operation, as well as regularly during its use (usually once a year for solid fuels), a chimney inspection/cleaning by an authorized chimney sweep is legally required - without the relevant inspection document, an insurance claim in the event of a fire may also be disputed.
• How much maintenance does the boiler require? This usually includes regular removal of ash and cleaning of heating surfaces/flue gas paths of soot (interval depending on intensity of use, usually a matter of weeks), and once a year a thorough inspection including seals and the chimney.
• Can I install the boiler myself? The actual placement and connection of the boiler to the heating system, chimney and safety elements should be carried out or at least professionally checked by a heating technician - this is a device with an open flame, high temperatures and pressure elements, where an error in connection can be a safety risk.
