ATMOS DC 32 SP
Code: DC32SPProduct detailed description
- 35 kW for wood combined with a pellet burner for ecological combustion /6-20 kW/ based on the gasification generator principle
Depending on the type, the boiler allows fuel switching, manual heating with wood and fully automatic heating with pellets. If needed, it is possible to purchase the boiler without a burner, so that you can choose it later or use a burner from a previous boiler.
The boiler is constructed as a body with three chambers stacked on top of each other. The top two chambers are used for wood gasification, as with classic gasification boilers. The third, lowest chamber is fitted at the front with the required burner and lined with ceramics for optimal combustion quality. The combustion systems are separated from each other by a water jacket, so they do not significantly affect each other, and thus the boiler achieves high efficiency when heating with individual fuels. The flue gas outlet to the chimney is solved by an outlet neck, so a single chimney is sufficient.

Basic technical data Atmos DC32SP:
Note: The boiler is supplied without a burner. The boiler and burner are equipped with a function for automatic closing or opening of the air supply to the boiler or burner via a servo drive when heating with wood or pellets. The boilers are equipped with a flue gas temperature sensor AGF2 and a boiler sensor KTF20 for automatic burner start after the wood has burned out. They are further equipped with two sensors (TV and TS) KTF20 for controlling the burner according to two temperatures on the storage tank. The whole set is thus sold in maximum equipment for fully automatic operation and easy "plug and play" installation. |

Frequently Asked Questions
- How to choose the right output for a solid fuel boiler? Base your choice on the calculated heat loss of the heated building, but with wood/coal boilers also consider that the boiler burns for several hours at essentially constant output during one filling - therefore it is common practice to supplement the boiler with a storage tank, which stores excess heat for later use instead of the boiler having to inefficiently throttle down.
- What else do I need for the installation of this boiler? In addition to the boiler itself, the system usually requires: a storage (buffer) tank of appropriate volume, a circulation pump (often already with a built-in Laddomat or thermoregulatory valve against low-temperature corrosion of the boiler), a safety valve, an expansion vessel, and a flue pipe/chimney with sufficient draught corresponding to the boiler output - exact draught values can be found in the technical parameters above.
- What fuel is suitable and what is not? Use only fuel recommended by the manufacturer for the given model (usually split logs of defined length and moisture content, or possibly brown coal briquettes or coal depending on the boiler type) - unsuitable or too moist fuel reduces efficiency, increases the formation of tar and deposits, and can cause damage to the boiler.
- What about chimney inspection and legislation? Before putting the boiler into operation, as well as regularly during its use (usually once a year for solid fuels), a chimney inspection/cleaning by an authorized chimney sweep is required by law - without the relevant inspection certificate, an insurance claim in the event of a fire may also be disputed.
- How much maintenance does the boiler require? This usually includes regular removal of ash and cleaning of heating surfaces/flue gas paths from soot (interval depending on intensity of use, usually in the order of weeks), and once a year a thorough inspection including seals and the chimney.
- Can I install the boiler myself? The placement and connection of the boiler to the heating system, chimney and safety elements itself should be carried out or at least professionally checked by a heating technician - this is a device with open flame, high temperatures and pressure elements, where a mistake in connection can be a safety risk.
