- 40kW ecological gasification wood boiler - WOOD GAS with built-in ACD04 weather-compensated control unit with touch display

It is designed for burning wood on the principle of generator gasification using an extraction fan (S), which draws flue gases out of the boiler. 
The boiler body is manufactured as a welded structure from high-quality steel sheets 3 to 8 mm thick. It consists of a fuel hopper (6mm), which is fitted at the bottom with a gasification nozzle with a longitudinal opening for the passage of flue gases and gases. The afterburning chamber below it is equipped with ceramic shaped parts for ideal burnout of all combustible substances with high efficiency during ecologically friendly combustion. At the rear of the boiler body there is a vertical flue gas channel, which is fitted at the top with a starting damper. The upper part of the flue gas channel is equipped with an exhaust neck for connection to the chimney.

• How to choose the correct output for a solid fuel boiler? Base your choice on the calculated heat loss of the heated building, but for wood/coal boilers also consider that the boiler burns for several hours at essentially constant output during one filling - therefore it is common practice to supplement the boiler with a thermal storage (buffer) tank, which stores excess heat for later use instead of the boiler having to be inefficiently damped down.
• What else do I need to install this boiler? In addition to the boiler itself, the system usually requires: a thermal storage (buffer) tank of adequate volume, a circulation pump (often already with a built-in Laddomat or thermoregulation valve against low-temperature corrosion of the boiler), a safety valve, an expansion vessel and a flue/chimney with sufficient draft corresponding to the boiler output - exact draft values can be found in the technical parameters above.
• What fuel is suitable and what is not? Use exclusively the fuel recommended by the manufacturer for the given model (typically split wood logs of defined length and moisture content, or possibly brown coal briquettes or coal depending on the boiler type) - unsuitable or too moist fuel reduces efficiency, increases the formation of tar and deposits, and can damage the boiler.
• What about chimney inspection and legislation? Before putting the boiler into operation, as well as regularly during its use (usually once a year for solid fuels), an inspection/cleaning of the chimney by an authorized chimney sweep is legally required - without the relevant inspection certificate, an insurance claim in the event of a fire may also be disputed.
• How much maintenance does the boiler require? This typically includes regular removal of ash and cleaning of heating surfaces/flue gas passages from soot (interval depending on intensity of use, usually every few weeks), and once a year a thorough inspection including seals and the chimney.
• Can I install the boiler myself? The actual placement and connection of the boiler to the heating system, chimney and safety elements should be carried out or at least professionally checked by a heating technician - this is a device with an open flame, high temperatures and pressure components, where a connection error can be a safety risk.
