The 3" (three-inch) SQOLA 0.75 submersible screw pump has a wide range of uses. It is used for irrigation, as part of home water pump stations for water supply in family houses, and for emptying retention tanks. It is a maintenance-free pump. It has a very durable construction. The electronic pump run-control switch, press control, provides the function of a pressure switch, which enables automation of the electric water pump's operation depending on a pressure drop and when the water flow in the system stops (i.e. when the device's electrical contacts open and close) - it enables self-operation of the pump or water pump station. Advantages of the water pump station The pump is very reliable thanks to its solid construction and durable materials. At a low price it offers excellent performance, a head of up to 112 m and a flow rate of up to 32 l/min. It offers a wide range of uses, from pumping groundwater from boreholes and wells to emptying retention tanks, watering and irrigation. The PC-16 control unit with pressure gauge and dry-run self-restart starts the pump for approximately 15 seconds at the moment of connection. After that, the pump starts every time the operating pressure is reached, at the moment the pressure in the system drops, for example after a valve is opened, and also during dry-run self-restart. The PC-16 control unit repeatedly, without manual intervention, attempts to start the pump - if water is still not available, the PC-16 switches the pump off. This cycle can repeat several times a day, which can be an advantage for automatic irrigation. The PC-16 control unit with pressure gauge and dry-run self-restart can be installed at any point between the pump and the first point of use. Perfect sealing of all connections in the system must be ensured. We recommend using this unit in clean water systems without dirt and sediment; otherwise a suitable water filter must be installed before the device.
