Product detailed description
The multi-stage submersible pump 3″ IPRO 1-20 has increased resistance to sand and other abrasive substances that may be present in the water. The RTS designation on the submersible pump stands for Resistance To Sand. This submersible pump with floating impellers can also be used in new or freshly drilled boreholes, wells, tanks, water reservoirs and collection shafts. It is also suitable for boosting pressure when installed in a distribution pipeline, as well as for domestic or industrial use and for irrigation or spraying with water. The hydraulic part of the 3″ IPRO 1-20 pump is separated from the motor (the pump is not built as a monoblock) - in case of a fault the pump can be easily disassembled. Any repair (carried out at our service centre) does not have to be expensive and is above all fast, which is a big advantage in the event of a fault. The pump is fitted with thermal protection – a fuse. The 3″ IPRO 1-20 submersible pump is also suitable for small and medium fire-fighting stations, or as part of a home water system with a submersible pump. Professional pumps from the IPRO PROFESSIONAL range can also be used in continuous operation ( 24 / 7 ) which is also a major advantage over hobby pumps or submersible pumps used mainly for home use. IPRO PROFESSIONAL pumps are designed to pump water from unusually deep wells or boreholes ( up to 150m ) and to reliably and durably deliver the required amount of water. Materials used: Suction/discharge port: AISI 304 Housing: AISI 304 stainless steel Shaft and rotor: AISI 304 stainless steel Impeller: technologically enhanced pump-grade Noryl Diffuser: reinforced polycarbonate Mechanical seal: ceramic/SiC/NBR Bearings: NSK Operating conditions: Maximum liquid temperature 35°C Maximum ambient temperature 35°C Insulation class F Operating mode - intermittent or continuous Protection - IP68 Maximum number of starts per hour: 30 Motor: oil-cooled Motor speed: 2850 RPM BRIO PC-13 control unit: Automatic pump start and stop when the tap is opened / closed Built-in check valve and integrated dry-run protection Pressure gauge Rated current: up to 10A Operating voltage: ~ 230 V ± 10% / 50 Hz Connection: inlet and outlet each with 2.54 cm external thread (G1 ") Maximum operating pressure: approx. 10 bar Maximum water temperature: approx. 60 ° C Manual switch reset Switch-on pressure range: 1.5 to 3 bar The switch-off pressure cannot be adjusted Volumetric flow rate: approx. 150 litres / min Dimensions (H x W x D): 15 x 13 x 23 cm Weight: approx. 1.3 kg Protection class: IP65 The electronic switch for controlling pump operation - press control ensures the function of a pressure switch, enabling automation of the electric water pump's operation depending on the pressure drop and on the stopping of water flow in the system (i.e. when the device's electrical contacts open and close) – allowing the pump or water system to run automatically. The PC-13 press control automatic unit with pressure gauge also provides dry-run protection - it switches off the pump when it runs without water. This protects the pump from damage that could occur when running dry. After switching off, it is put back into operation by pressing the RESET button. We recommend using the automatic unit in clean water systems free of impurities and sediment; otherwise a suitable filter needs to be installed on the inlet part of the device. A suitable alternative is also: the PC-16 control unit . Product advantage: The PC-13 press control automatic unit with pressure gauge and self-restart can be used in combination with a pressure tank - as dry-run protection, or as an automatic unit for pumps and water systems without a pressure tank (automatic water system). A major advantage of the PC-13 control unit is the adjustable lower switch-on pressure. The BRIO PC-13 control unit with pressure gauge has a built-in check valve to prevent water from flowing back into the pump. The automatic home water system with submersible pump 3" IPRO 1-20 comes with a 4-year warranty, which applies to the pump. Operation and basic data: When switched on, the PC-13 automatic unit with pressure gauge runs the pump for approximately 15 seconds. After that, the pump starts whenever the operating pressure is reached, i.e. when the pressure in the system drops, for example when a valve is opened. Unlike other pressure switches or control units, which switch off when a certain pressure is reached, the PC-13 automatic unit with pressure gauge switches off when the minimum flow value is reached. Once this condition is met, the device delays switching off by 7 to 15 seconds. This reduces the frequency of pump starts at low flow rates. Supplied with cables: 1m cable with plug for connection to the mains 60cm cable for connection to the pump The automatic home water system with submersible pump 3″ IPRO 1-20 with BRIO PC-13 includes: Submersible pump 3″ IPRO 1-20 BRIO PC-13 control unit 1" water reducing valve Suspension device the length of the cable Connection set for submersible pumps Brass nipple 1" Check valve 1" Transition piece with 32x1" male thread Transition piece with 32x1" female threadAdditional parameters
