Automatically controlled softening head 1" - HYS-1

The HYS-1 automatic softener control head is specially developed for systems that require regeneration with a solution. Besides salt solution, special solutions can also be used for regeneration of filtration or softening material. This is because the parts of the control head are plastic and ceramic.

The automatic device requires no supervision - it carries out the operation and regeneration process entirely on its own, based on set values, either according to the adjusted volume of treated water in cubic meters or according to a set time in days. Setting and operating the control head is very simple; the main regeneration steps are indicated directly on the front of the head in the Czech language (backwash, brine suction, fast rinse, and brine refill). Time units are given in minutes and the sequence is indicated by numbers both on the front and in the menu.

The "A" marking shows the option of volume-based or time-based regeneration. The device's capacity is then set, along with the period after which, if the capacity has not been used up, a so-called forced regeneration is triggered (the default setting is "H-30" - every 30th day). This generally serves to refresh the resin so that channels do not form inside it and untreated water does not pass through.

Devices with the HYS-1 control head can be connected and linked together in series by cable so that they monitor each other and cannot start regeneration at the same time. If the set capacity is used up simultaneously, while the first module performs regeneration, the second one remains in operation, and vice versa. This function can be very useful for ensuring water supply in apartment buildings and everywhere the system requires treated water without interruption.

The HYS-1 valve is connected to power via a 12-volt adapter.
