Automatic softening control head 2" HYS-2
The HYS-2 automatic softening control head is specially developed for systems that require regeneration with a solution. It can also be used with special solutions besides brine for the regeneration of filtration or softening resin. Since the parts of the control head are made of plastic and ceramics
The automatic device does not require supervision, it carries out the operation and regeneration process entirely by itself based on set values, either according to the treated water volume in cubic meters or in days based on a set time. Setting and controlling the control head is very simple, the main regeneration steps are shown directly on the front of the head in the Czech language (backwash, brine draw, fast rinse, and brine refill). Time units are given in minutes and the sequence is marked with numbers on the front as well as in the menu.
The "A" marking shows the option of volumetric or time-based regeneration. Then the capacity of the device is set as well as the period after which, without consuming the capacity, the so-called forced regeneration is triggered (the original setting is "H-30" - every 30th day). It generally serves to refresh the resin so that channels do not form in it and untreated water does not flow through.
Devices with the HYS-2 control head can be linked and connected by cable in a series so that they monitor each other and cannot start regeneration at the same time. If the set capacity is used up at the same time, while the first module performs regeneration, the second one remains in operation, and vice versa. This function can be very useful for ensuring water supply in apartment buildings and everywhere the system requires treated water without interruption.
The HYS-2 is connected to electricity via a 24-volt adapter.
