Máme doma starý kotol a chceme vymeniť manometer, lebo ten pôvodný už nejde vidieť čo ukazuje. Tento je axiálny, čo znamená že pripojenie je vzadu, nie? A ide to naskrutkovať aj keď je to starší kotol?

Áno, axiálny znamená, že pripojenie je priamo zo zadnej strany manometra, takže ho skrutkuješ rovno do kotla alebo potrubia. Na starší kotol to väčšinou nie je problém, len si pred kúpou over, aký závit má váš kotol – najčastejšie býva 1/4" alebo 1/2". Rozsah 0-10 bar je štandard pre domáce vykurovacie systémy, takže by mal pasovať.
