The GETI emergency power supply system (EPS) is a device that ensures an AC power source in case of a power grid outage. The power supply system (EPS) can be used as a backup source for various pumps, automatic boilers, feeders, emergency lighting, camera systems and more. In normal mode, the connected device is powered directly from the grid, and in case of an outage, the emergency power supply system (EPS) automatically switches to inverter mode. The connected device is then powered from the connected battery. If the power supply is not restored, the system (EPS) may shut down when the voltage of the connected battery drops to around 10.2V ± 0.3V. This is to protect the battery from deep discharge and subsequent damage. The EPS is equipped with a clear color display, a voltage inverter with pure sine wave based on a toroidal transformer, and a fast 32-bit processor.
Warning: the contacts of the connected battery must be adequately protected against: contact by persons, foreign objects, contact with other parts of the system, or short circuit.
