Battery spot welder GLITTER 801D with accessories, 14.5kW.
The GLITTER 801D is a capacitor discharge spot welder for spot welding battery cells into battery packs using nickel strips. A welding pen or an integrated arm can be connected to the station. Compared to classic transformer welders, it offers lower weight and dimensions and higher pulse energy. The welder also allows welding nickel strips onto an aluminum base. The welder activates 0–20ms after the tips are placed on the strips.
