The 1300x1200 borehole well shaft is used for the professional installation of a submersible pump and the necessary accessories above a drilled well. It is made of polypropylene and is intended to be placed below ground level. The 1300x1200 borehole well shaft includes: Cover Step rungs Pipe pass-through from the shaft 1x - (optional, most commonly 1") Electrical cable pass-through Pass-through for the most common borehole diameters DN 110, DN 125, DN 160, DN 200. This shaft does not include a pump, fittings or accessories. The main difference between the individual well shafts we offer lies in their width and height, and therefore in how comfortable the water-system installation and maintenance work is. The key factor is the size of the pressure vessel you plan to fit inside the shaft. Advantages of the 1300x1200 shaft: simple construction, low weight - easy transport and installation self-supporting construction - the shaft does not need to be encased in concrete (except in the case of a high groundwater level) polypropylene - guarantee of exceptional chemical and mechanical resistance as well as a long service life shaft entry chimney: DN 600mm Placement of the 1300x1200 shaft: The 1300x1200 borehole well shaft should be placed below ground level. It is supplied as standard with a plastic lid, which must not be subjected to regular foot traffic or vehicle crossing. In this installation, access onto the lid must be prevented (e.g. by a removable concrete slab or by fencing off the shaft area). Bottom of the well shaft and placement of the borehole opening: The opening in the borehole well shaft, which you select according to the diameter of your pipe (opening diameter of your choice: 110; 125; 160; 200), is positioned eccentrically, as if at the edge of the shaft's inspection entrance (see image). The opening is positioned this way so that you can lower the submersible pump into the borehole without any problems, as it may be longer than the height of the shaft itself. The opening is placed as close as possible to the shaft outlet, also so that as much room as possible remains in the shaft for handling and for placing the equipment. Our customers most commonly use: A home water system with a submersible pump and a pressure vessel. In this type of home water system, the shaft houses the submersible pump for the borehole, the pressure vessel, the pressure switch, the check valve, the flexible connecting hose, the connecting fittings, the ball valve and the water filters. A home water system with a submersible pump and a frequency converter. In this type of home water system, only the submersible pump for the borehole is housed in the shaft. All other components, such as the pressure vessel with fittings (an 8l volume is sufficient), the frequency converter, the check valve, the connecting fittings and the water filters, must be placed in a utility room. These components are not included with this shaft.
