We offer you, on very favourable terms, an optimally designed solar system for places without access to electricity. This is one of the most frequently sold and used solar systems in our range. We recommend it to all customers who have no special or non-standard requirements.
This system operates at a system voltage of 12V.
This is an oversized item, to which free shipping does not apply. The delivery time from order creation may be extended by 3-4 business days.
The solar system includes these components:
1x Victron Energy 175Wp/12V solar panel (dimensions 1485x668x30mm)
1x Victron Energy LCD&USB 20A PWM solar controller
1x Set of 6mm2 cables incl. crimped MC4 connectors - 15m length
This kit does not include a battery. If your caravan does not have an on-board battery, we recommend choosing a sealed-type AGM, GEL, or LiFePo battery from the solar battery section. We will be happy to help you choose the right one.
The VS series solar controller, which takes care of the maintenance-free operation of this system, has a clear integrated LCD display. It provides you with information about the solar panel's voltage and current, the battery voltage and charging current, as well as the current draw for DC appliances. It also offers statistical information about the total amount of energy produced and consumed. Right on the front of the solar controller, you will also find two USB outputs suitable for charging mobile phones, tablets, etc.
