We offer you an optimally designed 190 Wp solar system for caravans and motorhomes with a 5-year warranty on solar panels and the solar controller. This system operates at a battery voltage of 12V. It is one of the best-selling and most commonly used solar systems in our range.

The solar system includes the following components:
2x Victron Energy 90Wp/12V solar panel (dimensions 780x668x30mm)
1x PWM Victron Energy LCD&USB 20A solar controller
1x Set of 6mm2 cables incl. crimped MC4 connectors - length 15 m
1x MC4 pair connector
This kit does not include a battery. If you do not have an onboard battery in your caravan, we recommend choosing a sealed AGM, GEL, or LiFePo battery from the solar battery section. We will be happy to help you with the right choice.
How much energy can this 190Wp solar system produce on average with optimal sunlight in Slovakia?

We recommend mounting the panels on the roof of the motorhome using a time-tested set of 68cm brackets (not included in the price of the kit), which you can find in the same section as this kit. A waterproof cable gland for two cables leading from the panel and suitable adhesive are also available.
The Victron Energy LCD&USB 30A solar controller takes care of the completely maintenance-free operation of this system, and features a clear integrated LCD display. It provides you with interesting information about the operation of the entire system. Directly on the front of the solar controller you will also find two USB outputs, suitable for example for charging mobile phones. After installation, you select one of four preset battery types: AGM, GEL, liquid, or LiFePO4
NOTICE:
The kit includes a 6mm2 cable 15m long, with MC4 connectors crimped on the ends of the cable, used to connect to the solar panel. The installing electrician will fit the ends of the cables leading to the solar controller with ferrules and suitable DC fuses. At the battery, the cable will be terminated with suitable lugs and suitable DC fuses according to the battery type and installation conditions.
Do you need additional system components:
We will be happy to advise you on choosing a suitable battery type and a suitable 12DC/230AC voltage inverter. In our range you will also find products needed for charging from the alternator while driving.
How to choose the right solar system?
Multiply the power consumption of each device powered by the solar system in Watts by the expected number of hours of operation per day. The result will be the total need in Wh (watt-hours) per day. If this number is lower than the stated values for the individual seasons, the system's output is sufficient; otherwise, a more powerful system must be chosen. If you are not sure which system to choose, contact us, we will be happy to advise you.
