This device drives away and repels not only rodents, but also cats and other animals. The noise (sound) emitted by the device is almost inaudible to the human ear.
In various cycles, this device emits a very high-pitched tone (with a frequency of 15-55 kHz). It also repels animals using a flashing light.
This sound and flashing light are very unpleasant for rodents, cats and other animals, which quickly leave the area protected in this way.
This universal repeller is installed in the engine compartment or in an entry opening of the vehicle.
It is necessary to ensure that there is as much free space as possible in the direction of transmission and that the ultrasonic signal covers as large an area as possible in the engine compartment.
Ultrasound travels in a straight line like light, which means that the tones will not be active behind any obstacles.
The device can be powered from a 230 V outlet using any USB-C charger (not included), using a cable from a 12-24V connection to the vehicle battery,
as well as from 4x AA batteries (rechargeable batteries can also be used and then recharged via the USB-C port), it can be used, for example, in attics, gardens or other areas without a power supply option.
If the unit is firmly attached in the engine compartment, it will switch off in case of vibration in the vehicle.
The unit is equipped with strong magnets for attaching to a metal surface.
It includes a switch and an LED indicator for manually turning the repeller on and off.
