This device will help you eco-friendly deter martens and other rodents from your car, agricultural machine, garage and boat (tire biting and gnawing of cables and plastic parts).
This device drives away and repels not only rodents but also cats. The noise (sound) emitted by the device is almost inaudible to the human ear. In various cycles, this device emits a very high-pitched tone (with a frequency of 15-50 kHz / -25kHz). It also repels with flashing light.
This sound and flashing light are very unpleasant for rodents and cats, which quickly leave the space protected in this way.
This universal repeller is installed in the engine compartment or in an access opening in the vehicle.
It is necessary to ensure that there is as much free space as possible in the direction of transmission, and that the ultrasonic signal covers as large an area as possible in the engine compartment.
Ultrasound travels in a straight line like light, which means that the tones will not be active behind obstacles.
The device can be powered from a 230V outlet using any USB-C charger (not included), using a cable from a 12V connection to the vehicle battery, as well as from 4x AA batteries, which can be used e.g. in attics or other spaces without a power supply option.
If the unit is firmly attached in the engine compartment, it will turn off in the event of vibration in the vehicle.
It includes a touch switch and an LED indicator for manually turning the repeller on and off.
The range of the repeller is approximately 60m2 in an enclosed space. In open space, the radius is approximately 4m.
