When 1/2″ is not enough: This valve has a larger 3/4″ thread on the outlet side, so it is useful for connecting a washing machine, a larger storage water heater or a garden tap, where a standard 1/2″ hose is not sufficient.
Inside it is driven by a ceramic cartridge instead of a classic rubber seal - no re-tightening or seal replacement, just a smooth quarter-turn.
