Designed to increase the pH value of pool water. The ideal pH value of bathing water should be in the range of 6.8–7.6. Within this range, disinfection products work with maximum effectiveness and without negative side effects.
Instructions
Slowly pour the required amount of the product (dissolved in water in a plastic container) into the pool at the water inflow while the filtration system is running. Check the pH value (test kits) only after thorough mixing. Repeat this procedure until the pH is within the required range. People must not be present in the pool until the product has been thoroughly mixed by the filtration system! Subsequently, check the pH value once a week and correct any deviations from the ideal value by adding Cranit pH plus or Cranit pH minus. Checking is necessary especially before adding disinfection products.
Dosage
10 g of the product (1 level tablespoon) per 1 m3 (1,000 liters) of water increases the pH value by approximately 0.2 (soft water usually requires a higher dose).
