Features of CS3C-1B:
It is used for delayed switching on and off of a fan depending on lighting. The fan starts 1s to 5min after the lighting is switched on. The setting is done using the D trimmer (delay), with the help of a small screwdriver. The fan is switched off 1s to 1.5h after the lighting is switched off, with the time set roughly by a switch and finely by the T trimmer (time).
A great advantage is more comfortable installation into the mounting box.
