Grass pavers are mainly used for reinforcing grassy areas.  The paver's construction system, which uses anchoring pins and high-quality locks, ensures maximum stability when driving over or parking vehicles while not preventing rainwater infiltration. Compared to concrete pavers, it allows for greater grass coverage (more than 80%), creating a natural look for the area. 

The pavers are used for greening driveways to garages, terraces and other green areas. They provide fixation of embankments, slopes, walkways and parking areas. Thanks to their strong locks, they can also be used on gentle slopes (approx. 10°). For example, as a path to water areas or instead of stairs for barrier-free access.

The pavers are made from 100% recyclable polyethylene (PE/PP), which is UV stable and highly resistant to weather conditions.

Installation

The pavers are installed very easily - layers of gravel, geotextile, sand, the pavers themselves and soil are laid down. The thickness of the gravel layer is determined by the load (passenger cars, trucks). Geotextile can be used as a separation layer, which is then covered with a layer of sand at least 5 cm thick. The pavers themselves are then laid on this layer and slotted into one another. You can fill the grass pavers with a range of materials. If you want a green surface, we recommend using a soil mixture with a high humus content, into which grass seeds are added. The space in the pavers can also be filled with fine gravel, or you can leave it empty - this is suitable when using the pavers as a temporary roadway on a construction site or, for example, in industrial facilities. 

Thanks to the locks, the individual pavers are firmly connected to each other and can also be used on gentle slopes. Carry out the installation on a leveling layer, always starting from the lowest point and gradually working towards the highest. If, despite earlier leveling of the surface, you still need to level a section, you can use loamy sand or a suitable mixture of fine crushed stone and sand. Once you have covered the entire intended area with grass pavers, thoroughly check the stability of the individual pavers. They must not move or bend. Ignoring this step may, in exceptional cases under heavier loads, cause the pavers to crack.

When installing the pavers, you will definitely also make use of garden textiles. The most common types are geotextile and non-woven mulching textile. These textiles are most often used as a separation layer, which also prevents weed growth. The textiles are not susceptible to mold or rot and are installed underneath the pavers.
