Grass pavers are mainly used for reinforcing grassy areas. The paver's construction system, which uses anchoring pins and quality locks, ensures maximum stability for driving or parking vehicles while not preventing rainwater infiltration. Compared to concrete pavers, it allows for greater grass coverage (more than 80%), creating a natural look for the area.

The pavers are used for greening driveways to garages, terraces and other green areas. They provide fixation for embankments, slopes, sidewalks and parking areas. Thanks to their strong locks, they can also be used on gentle slopes (approx. 10°). For example, as a path to water areas or instead of stairs for barrier-free access.

The pavers are made from 100% recyclable polyethylene (PE/PP), which is UV stable and highly resistant to weather.

Installation

The pavers are installed very easily - layers of gravel, geotextile, sand, the pavers themselves and soil are laid. The height of the gravel is determined by the load (passenger or commercial vehicles). Geotextile can be used as a separation layer, which is then covered with a layer of sand at least 5 cm thick. The pavers themselves are laid on this layer and interlocked with one another. You can fill the grass pavers with a range of materials. If you want a green surface, we recommend using a soil mixture with a high humus content, into which grass seeds are added. The space in the pavers can also be filled with fine gravel or left empty - this is suitable when using the pavers as a temporary road on a construction site or, for example, in industrial premises.

Thanks to the locks, the individual pavers are firmly connected to each other and can also be used on gentle slopes. Carry out the installation on a leveling layer, always starting at the lowest point and gradually moving towards the highest. If, even after earlier leveling of the surface, you still need to level out a part, you can use loamy sand or a suitable mixture of fine crushed stone and sand. Once you have covered the entire intended area with grass pavers, carefully check the stability of the individual pavers. They must not move or bend. Ignoring this step may, in exceptional cases under heavier loads, cause the pavers to crack.

When installing pavers, you will definitely also make use of garden textiles. The most common types include geotextile and non-woven mulching textile. These textiles are most often used as a separation layer, which also prevents weed growth. The textiles are not susceptible to mold or rot and are installed beneath the pavers.
