The Milano 20L model retains the narrow 27 x 27 cm footprint of the smaller types in the range, but with a height of 49.3 cm and a weight of 7.4 kg it offers a considerably larger supply of hot water - enough for a bathroom with a shower and washbasin for one to two people, or a smaller cottage. At this capacity, the energy class changes from A to B.

The water inlet is led out at the top of the tank, which is made of enamelled steel (min. 0.35 mm enamel) with a magnesium anode 15x135 mm. The 2000 W output is regulated by a rotary thermostat in the range of 25-75 °C, and the thermal cut-out disconnects heating at 93 °C ± 3 °C. IPX4 protection, a 0.6 MPa safety valve and 20 mm of polyurethane insulation are part of the standard equipment.
