BEFORE or AFTER the pump. Description of the 10" RL SX 50mcr filter cartridge: The washable RL-SX filter cartridge is made of polypropylene and a 50 mcr polyester filter mesh. The cartridge is suitable for capturing mechanical impurities. The filter with the RL cartridge is used: on the inlet pipe into the building before an individual appliance as protection for filter cartridges with finer filtration Rinsable, i.e. reusable, the cartridge for capturing mechanical impurities larger than 50mcr is used as the first and basic protection for the water supply system and all connected appliances. In case of greater contamination or higher demands on cleaning quality, we recommend installing the ATLAS DUO filter with a second mechanical cartridge (50, 25, 5 or 1 mcr). The service life of the filter cartridge is 24 months, it needs to be rinsed every three months.
