Our substrate meets the requirements for substrates intended for growing seedlings, thanks to which it:

• ensures uniform germination and development of seedlings,
• seedlings grown on the substrate are of high quality (they have a well-developed root system as well as stem),
• ensures optimal plant growth throughout the entire seedling growing period.

Composition: high moor peat with adjusted acidity, coconut fiber, limestone and PGMix 14-16-18 enriched with trace elements 0.5kg/m3. pH 6.0 - 7.0 (salinity below 1 g NaCl/dm3)

Application: sowing and cultivation of vegetable seedlings: tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, cabbage, lettuce, celery and other species.

After opening the package, before placing it into seed containers or pots, the material must be loosened and moistened. The ideal moisture level of the substrate is approx. 80%. The substrate contains a starter dose of fertilizer, which ensures good growth after germination. For further optimal plant development, it is necessary to regularly replenish nutrients to the values required for growing a specific plant.

Advantages of the substrate with added coconut fiber:

• firm structure, thanks to which the substrate has optimal water-air properties and allows easy rooting of plants,
• high durability and low shrinkage, so it does not settle in containers,
• good thermal capacity as well as good nutrient availability after fertilization (macro and microelements),
• the substrate is free of pathogens,
• low salinity.
