Mulching bark is a mixture of crushed and sorted bark from coniferous trees. It is used for mulching flower beds, prevents weed growth, reduces the risk of erosion on slope plantings and contributes to humus formation.

A surface covered with mulching bark retains sufficient moisture, which reduces the need for watering, water consumption and, consequently, time and money. It is often used for conifers, ornamental trees, perennials or climbing plants. Among other things, it helps to slightly acidify the soil, which is beneficial for acid-loving plants such as azaleas, rhododendrons, heathers, heaths, or a large part of ornamental conifers and deciduous shrubs.
