<p><b>Full-bore, energy-saving check valve PIONIER by CALIDO.</b></p><p><b>Intended use:</b> for installation in drinking water and domestic hot water distribution, in central heating and underfloor heating systems. Their function is to prevent backflow.</p><p><b>Advantages:</b><br>&#10004; unique valve design and an optimal liquid flow process, achieved thanks to cooperation with the Technical University of Koszalin, made it possible to achieve full-flow characteristics (Kv=15.5 m&sup3;/h for a 1" valve) - lower energy consumption by circulation pumps;<br>&#10004; full flow, laboratory-tested for 1,000,000 cycles, guarantees high quality and reliability;<br>&#10004; protected against limescale build-up thanks to a nano-ceramic coating on the guide elements;<br>&#10004; special unit shape: valve seat, closing disc, seal - guarantees quiet valve operation;<br>&#10004; compatibility with electronic pumps, including in night-time operation mode, thanks to a specially designed valve spring;<br>&#10004; simple installation: PIONIER valves can be installed in both horizontal and vertical positions;<br>&#10004; extended warranty.</p><p><b>Parameters:</b><br>Nominal pressure: PN 25. Operating temperature from -20&deg;C (assuming the medium does not freeze) to 90&deg;C. Maximum short-term temperature: 110&deg;C. Connection: 2″ FF.</p><p><b>Material:</b> shot-blasted brass CW617, thermoplastic polymer POM, cross-linked EPDM rubber, stainless steel 1.4310.</p><p><b>Certification / patents:</b><br>&bull; patent for the invention;<br>&bull; the valves comply with standard PN-M-75002:2016-10;<br>&bull; product with NZP-PZH certification.</p>
