The RainPoint solenoid valve is designed for efficient water flow control in low-flow irrigation systems. It performs well in gardens, greenhouses, and other small spaces requiring precise irrigation control. Thanks to its 24V AC power supply and manual flow control, the valve combines reliability and convenience.
Efficient operation in various conditions
The valve operates over a wide range of flow rates from 0.05 to 9 m³/h and pressures from 0.5 to 8 bar, making it suitable for both simple and complex installations. Thanks to its ability to withstand liquid temperatures up to 60 °C, it can work perfectly with utility water and diluted soluble fertilizers.
Long service life
The glass-fiber reinforced nylon housing provides resistance to mechanical damage and weather effects, while the EPDM rubber diaphragm (ethylene propylene diene monomer, a synthetic rubber with high resistance to weathering and chemicals) guarantees tightness and durability. The device features high resistance to chemical corrosion and cavitation phenomena, resulting in long and trouble-free operation.
Low power consumption
The valve features very low current consumption: the starting current is 0.3 A and the holding current is 0.18 A, allowing multiple valves to be connected to a single controller. The power supply is alternating current (AC) 24 V ±10%, 50/60 Hz, which is the standard in most irrigation control systems.
Ease of use
The valve is equipped with a manual switch and a flow control knob, making it easy to test and adjust without having to start the entire system. Clear flow direction marking and compact dimensions (126 x 124 x 90 mm) allow for quick and easy installation.
