The ZEM 5-25C boiler belongs to the ZEM C model range – boilers for heating only, with the option of connecting an external DHW tank

The ZEM gas model range is an excellent alternative wherever it is not possible, or not necessary, to make full use of all the functions of the top-end Geminox THRi condensing boiler model range.

ZEM boilers have two output variants. The first, with an output range of 2.4 to 17.2 kW, is intended for basic applications in apartments and new buildings. Its very low minimum output allows, unlike most competing products, optimal heating at the most common winter temperatures close to 0 °C. The sufficient maximum output then guarantees high comfort in preparing hot water in an optional indirectly-heated external or integrated tank (ZEM 2-17 M 50 V), and is incredibly comfortable in combination with the integrated 42-litre charging tank (ZEM 2-17 M 50 H), which guarantees a specific rate of up to 13.6 l/ min of hot water!

The second output variant, 5.0 to 25.2 kW, is the ideal choice for older buildings with a single heating circuit, especially for generational appliance replacement. An output of 25 kW is necessary for instantaneous DHW heating in a plate (ZEM 5-25 SEP).

Both output models with an integrated DHW tank are attractive for their output parameters, compact dimensions, as well as favourable price for developer projects of apartment construction with a standard bathroom
