The ZEM 5-25C boiler belongs to the ZEM C – boilers for heating only, with the possibility of connecting an external DHW tank

The ZEM model range of gas condensing boilers is an excellent alternative wherever it is not possible or not necessary to use all the features of the top model range of Geminox THRi condensing boilers without any problems.

ZEM boilers have two performance variants. The first, with a power range of 2.4 to 17.2 kW, is predestined for basic applications in apartments and new builds. The very low minimum output allows, unlike most competing products, optimum heating at the most common winter temperatures close to 0 °C. The sufficient maximum output then guarantees high hot water preparation comfort in the optional indirect heating external or integrated storage tank (ZEM 2-17 M 50 V) and incredible comfort in conjunction with the integrated 42 litre charging tank (ZEM 2-17 M 50 H), which guarantees a specific hot water rate of up to 13.6 l/min!

The second power variant of 5.0 to 25.2 kW is the ideal choice for older properties with a single heating circuit, but especially for generational replacement of appliances. The 25 kW output is necessary for flow-through DHW heating in a plate (ZEM 5-25 SEP).

Both power models with integrated DHW storage tank are interesting for their performance parameters, compact size as well as favourable price for mass housing development projects with standard bathroom
