Filter inserts

Filter inserts are components used to separate solid particles, liquids or gases from various media. Their main role is to improve the quality of the media by capturing dirt and debris, which can be crucial for the proper functioning of systems and equipment.

There are several types of filter inserts that differ in material, structure and purpose:

Mechanical filter cartridges: These cartridges work based on the physical capture of solid particles such as dust, sand and larger dirt. They are used in a variety of applications such as water and sewage systems, HVAC and more.

Portable Filter Cartridges: These cartridges are designed to be easily replaced or removed. They are often used in areas where it is important to maintain a high level of cleanliness, such as laboratory applications or industrial facilities.

Molecular filter inserts: These inserts are aimed at separating molecules according to their size and chemical properties. They are used, for example, in the purification of gases or liquids from certain pollutants.

Biological filter inserts: These inserts focus on removing microorganisms and biological impurities from the media. They are widely used in water treatment or air purification systems.

Folding filter inserts: These inserts contain several layers or types of filters, which ensure gradual and effective cleaning of different types of dirt.

Filter cartridges are used in various industries such as food, pharmaceutical, industrial, automotive, air-conditioning, water and many others. Their purpose is to improve media quality and ensure proper functioning of related systems and equipment.
