Gasification boiler

A gasification boiler is a type of heating equipment that uses the process of gasification (conversion) of solid, liquid or gaseous fuel into fuel gas, which is then burned to produce heat. This type of boiler is usually designed to burn solid fuel such as wood, coal, pellets or diesel, but can also be more gassy for other fuels.

When fuel is gasified in a boiler, the fuel is heated to very high temperatures in a limited access of oxygen. As a result, fuel gas is produced, which contains a mixture of gaseous components such as hydrogen, methane, carbon dioxide and other gases. This fuel gas is then burned in a heating chamber, releasing heat, which is then used to heat water or air to heat a house or building.

Gasification boilers have the advantage of being more energy efficient and having lower emissions of pollutants compared to traditional boilers. In addition, their fuel tanks are larger, allowing longer intervals between refueling.

This type of boiler is often used in homes, commercial buildings and industrial facilities as an alternative to traditional boilers, mainly because of their higher efficiency and lower emissions.
