NOVASERVIS is a leading manufacturer of Slovak faucets (METALIA) and bathroom accessories (NOVATORRE) not only in the Czech Republic, but also in Central and Eastern Europe. The wide assortment is significantly complemented by popular products such as the NOVASERVIS plumbing program, the PRESTIGE, KANDRE toilet seats, the shower program and the DAYE garden program. Our company has in its portfolio not only our own products, but also products of high-quality foreign brands FERRO, LA TORRE, NADIA RUBINETTERIE and others.

NOVASERVIS has been operating on our market since 1990, when the company focused on sales in the field of bathroom equipment. In 1995, NOVASERVIS merged with METAL Znojmo a. with. – a traditional manufacturer of NOVATORRE brand brass bathroom accessories in the Czech Republic. Since 2000, the Znojmo plant has also produced METALIA faucets. In 2011, Novaservis spol. with r. about. became part of the strong multinational Polish group FERRO.

The production management system complies with the international standard ISO 9001 - "quality management system". NOVASERVIS has a wide production and development base, and all its products undergo extensive tests before being put on the market.

Presentation of the company
NOVASERVIS has been operating on our market since 1990, when the company focused on sales in the field of bathroom equipment. In 1995, NOVASERVIS merged with METAL Znojmo a. s., a traditional manufacturer of NOVATORRE brand brass bathroom accessories in the Czech Republic. In 2011, GRUPA FERRO joined Novaservis, the merger meant strengthening the company and expanding sales markets.

The production management system is in accordance with the international standard EN ISO 9001 - "quality management system". By constantly introducing new products and innovations, we try to meet customer requirements.

Operation on the market
NOVASERVIS is part of the FERRO group, which operates on the Polish, Czech and Slovak markets.

The countries that currently have the largest share in the export of FERRO SA products are: Romania, Ukraine, France, Bulgaria and Russia. The detailed structure of export sales is shown in the figure below.

On the Polish market, the FERRO Group distributes its products through two channels - traditional and trade networks with equipment of the "home and garden" type.

The traditional distribution channel, currently the most widespread in Poland, operates on the basis of cooperation with wholesale sales centers, wholesale networks (eg from Saint Gobain Dystrybucja, Onninen, PSB), purchasing groups (eg from SBS, ABG, Sangroup), and with wholesalers throughout the country. In this model, the largest wholesale customers are the source of supply for smaller wholesalers, installers and retailers. Outside of traditional channels, the FERRO group sells its offer through large-scale specialized stores (eg Leroy Merlin, Castorama, OBI, Bricoman).

The FERRO Group holds one of the leading positions in the country in terms of share in sales of sanitary equipment and installations. The group owns the following brands: Ferro, Weberman, Metalia, Titania and Novatorre, and also represents the Italian manufacturers Caleffi and Cimm. This gives it a significant advantage over the competition and provides a strong position in the market
A rich offer and a wide range of products make it possible to systematically increase market share and brand awareness
Scope of activity

Outside of operations in Poland, the FERRO Group sells its products in many foreign markets, and at the same time becomes one of the largest manufacturers of sanitary equipment and installations in Central and Eastern Europe. This enables to simultaneously maximize the benefit of economies of scale, and at the same time, thanks to the presence in many markets, the awareness of the brand increases.

Production

Production by the Slovak factory NOVASERVIS in Znojmo and the Chinese company Yuhuan AMG Just Valve Co. Ltd. enables flexible response to changes in market demand, while maintaining cost minimization and high product quality.

High quality of products

The group constantly takes measures aimed at obtaining the best possible quality parameters. FERRO places special emphasis on meeting the requirements of valid standards, maintaining high technical parameters, safety and functionality of its products. The Ferro Group has an ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System in place.

The group has been rewarded and honored many times for high product quality, brand awareness and operational efficiency.
FERRO products have been rewarded many times, they received, among others: the award "Teraz Polska" 2010, the gold award and the Grand Prix "Laur Konsumenta 2010".
Permits, certificates and technical approvals prescribed by law.
The group gained a significant competitive advantage by obtaining a French certificate confirming compliance with restrictive standards and enabling operations on the local market. The ISO 9001: 2008 certificate for the Ferro group was obtained not only by FERRO SA, but also by Ferro International and Yuhuan AMG Just Valve Co. Ltd.
